Holland America Line and Macy’s Flower Show - a blooming interesting partnership!

DISCLAIMER: This post is sponsored by Holland America Line.

If you’ve ever been to the Netherlands, you’ll know that the tulip is something that’s associated proudly with this part of the world. This is one of the key reasons that Holland America Line has announced their latest venture as a creative partner at the Macy’s Flower Show.

This partnership celebrates 150 years of unforgettable voyages, and aims to offer visitors a rather unique experience.

First, where can you experience this for yourself?

Well, you’ll need to be local to Macy’s in New York City. Here’s the details:

Location: Macy’s at Herald Square (151 W 34th Street)

Time: Doors open at 11am on April 27th!

Dates: Sunday, April 27th - Sunday, May 18th

Cost: FREE!

Next, what can you expect if you do make the trip to Macy’s?

Holland America Line are promising that this partnership will honor their Dutch heritage. You can expect floral displays in-store, with a huge variety of flowers on show. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in historic Dutch Tulip Gardens, with an installation entitled ‘Tulip Voyage’ presenting a tulip display that’s reminiscent of the rolling ocean waves that Holland America Line cruise on. Sounds interesting, right?!

If you’re able to make the trip, I’d love to see your photographs from Macy’s. I’m really intrigued by this one, and am eagerly awaiting seeing more for myself!

Congratulations to Holland America Line on the first 152 years - here’s to the next 152 (and more!)!
